Tapas & Dirty Martini




Ingredients:  

  MAIN: Tuna & Sweetcorn Sandwich

  SNACK: Green olives

  DRINK: Coconut Water


Recipe:

  1. Separate the Sandwich: Gently open the tuna & corn sandwich and scoop out the filling, setting it aside 
  2. Toast the Bread: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Lightly toast both slices of bread until golden and crisp.
  3. Cut into Triangles: Slice the toasted bread into smaller triangles (about 2 pieces per slice).
  4. Assemble the Tapas: Spoon a small portion of the tuna & corn mixture onto each toast triangle.
  5. Garnish with Olive: Skewer a green olive with a toothpick and place it on top of each prepared triangle.
  6. Prepare the Martini: Pour chilled coconut water into a wine glass
  7. Garnish: Skewer 3 green olives on a toothpick and place it on the rim of the glass for a touch of elegance





Serve the tapas alongside the Virgin Dirty Martini for a refreshing and savory experience.
