Tiramisu & Espresso Martini



Ingredients:


MAIN: Nomadic Yoghurt

SNACK: Chocolate Croissant

DRINK: Triple Shot Espresso


Recipe:

  1. Prepare the Croissant: Tear the croissant into small pieces and scoop out the chocolate filling. Set the chocolate aside.
  2. Soak the Croissant: Place the torn croissant pieces into a serving cup or bowl. Pour the espresso over the croissant until moist. Let it soak for 1–2 minutes
  3. Add the Yoghurt: Spoon the yoghurt on top of the soaked croissant pieces, spreading it evenly
  4. Chocolate Mixture: Mix the scooped-out chocolate filling with a bit of yoghurt, then layer it on top of the yoghurt
  5. Top & Finish: Sprinkle the chocolate bits from the croissant, granola, and chocolate brownies from the yoghurt on top for a crunchy, chocolatey finish
  6. Pour & Serve: Once chilled, pour the espresso into a a glass.
  7. Garnish: Top the espresso with three chocolate brownie cubes
