Recipe:

  1. Prepare the Apple: Cut the apple in half and scoop out the core (the non-edible part).
  2. Microwave: Place the apple halves on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds until softened
  3. Thicken the Custard: Pour the vanilla breakfast shake into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens to a custard-like consistency
  4. Assemble the Crumble: Place the warm apple halves on a plate, sprinkle with granola for crunch, and drizzle with the thickened vanilla custar
  5. Extra: Add a small spoonful of active yogurt on the side or on top for extra creaminess.
