Acai Bowl


Ingredients:

MAIN: Mixed Berry Yoghurt

SNACK: Apple, Grape & Strawberry

DRINK: Strawberry & Apple Smoothie (freez)


Recipe:

  1. Freeze the Smoothie: Place the Strawberry & Apple Smoothie in the freezer for at least 1 hour until it reaches a slushy texture
  2. Chop the Fruits: Dice the apple, halve the grapes, and slice the strawberries
  1. Blend the Base: Mix the frozen smoothie with the Mixed Berry Yogurt in a bowl until well combined
  2. Assemble the Acai Bowl: Top the smoothie-yogurt base with the chopped apple, grapes, strawberries, and granola
